1. Warranty Coverage: The product warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the product for a period of mention product wise from the date of purchase.
2. Product warranty: All product warranty is as per warranty provided by OEM. However customers need to pay for a service call to identify the faulty product (if any) remove it and take it to our service center, repair or replace it and reinstall the same.
3. Warranty of System: all eTransit installations shall carry a system warranty for one month from the date of installation.
4. Exclusions: The product warranty does not cover electrical damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty also does not cover consumable items such as batteries, bulbs, or filters.
5. The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase within the warranty period. The manufacturer or service center will assess the claim and either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
6. Warranty Repairs and Replacements: The manufacturer or service center will be responsible for all repairs and replacements covered under the warranty. If the product is no longer available, the manufacturer reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product of equal orgreater value.
7. Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty.
8. Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Modification: The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the manufacturer’s website or other communication channels.
11. Additional Rights: The warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable laws in India.
