SECURITY MONITORING SERVICES AGREEMENT

The Service Provider is a limited liability partnership established under the LLP Act, 2008, with its registered office located at G10 SNS Interio Nr. CNG Gas Station Althan Road, Bhatar Char Rasta, Althan, Surat 395007. Gujarat (India). The term "Service Provider" in this Agreement includes the Service Provider's legal heirs, representatives, administrators, permitted successors, and assigns, unless the context suggests otherwise.

This Agreement supplements the Order Form issued by the Service Provider and agreed to by the Customer for the provision of the Services granted under this Agreement. In case of any inconsistencies between this Agreement and the Order Form, the provisions of this Agreement will supersede.

PROVISION OF SERVICES

• i. The agreement starts on the date mentioned in the order form.

• ii. The subscription term is as stated in the order form. It ends service provider’s obligations automatically unless the customer extends it by paying the fee at least 15 days before the current term ends.

• iii. The amount once paid will not be refunded.

• iv. Customers understand that using computer and internet services comes with risks like data loss. It's their responsibility to regularly back up their data. The service provider is not responsible for any data loss.

• v. The service provider's total liability under this agreement, for all claims related to the services, will not exceed three months of the current subscription fee.

• vi. The service provider won't be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, even if they were warned of the possibility. This applies whether the issue was due to a breach of the agreement or negligence except warranty. Customers agree that the subscription fees reflect this limitation of liability.

• vii. The service provider isn't responsible for any problems with the service hardware, except for choosing reliable components within the agreed cost.

• viii. Each party of this agreement agrees and confirms that any information received from the other party orally or in writing for the purpose of this Agreement is confidential information. Each party shall keep such information confidential and cannot disclose any related information without the other party’s prior written consent.

• ix. Any notice, consent, or other communication permitted or required under this Agreement, shall be in writing and may be delivered in person, by mail, or by e-mail to the respective addresses of the Parties.
