Description

This service charge covers a visit by our TSP to your premises to diagnose and resolve the following common issues:

Date and Time Configuration: Adjustment and correction of system date and time settings.
Footage Retrieval and Mobile Application Configuration: Assistance with retrieving recorded footage and configuring mobile device access for remote viewing.
Password Recovery: Retrieval or reset of system passwords.
Camera View Adjustment: Correction and optimization of camera viewing angles.

This service charge is solely for the on-site diagnostic and resolution services provided by our TSP. It does not include the cost of any replacement parts or additional hardware that may be required. Any necessary parts or hardware will be quoted separately.
